Manging to do more than I thought possible

The last month I have been helping out at the McKinney store 1-2 day's a week so I have been going back and forth to help them get the store put back together after the Manager and Asst Manager walked out. I have noticed that Something is going on at my store and I think that I need to have a talk with a few of the employees. I have realized that they are not going to do anymore than I want them to do unless I ride their Butt's... I have noticed that a few of them are really having a bad attitude and I am going to put a stop to it right away!!!
